were incredibly helpful. They spent a lot of
time with us making suggestions on findin rental
cars, mapping routes out of town, directing us
to helpful brochures or locations. The hotel
graciously kept all of our bags locked up when
we took a day and a half leave of London to tour
a little of the countryside. The day that we
left, once again, they kept our bags secure so
that we could sight see before it was time to
catch our plane without trying to store our
baggage some place else."
